Will Schafer is a third generation Dealer with Master Buick GMC. He attended Augusta Preparatory School and graduated in 1986. He then received his Business Administration Degree at Presbyterian College in Clinton, SC. Having worked at the dealership since he was a teenager, he went on to receive a Diploma from the Dealer Candidate Academy in 1991. He has worked in the Sales, Parts, and Service department in his 27 years with Master. He currently serves on many community boards including Westminster School of Augusta, Crossover Communications International, and Columbia International University. He is the current President of the Augusta, Aiken Buick GMC Dealers and a member of the Rotary Club.

Frank grew up in North Augusta and graduated from North Augusta High School. He attended Aiken Tech and began in the Automotive Industry in 1985. He spent 5 years in the Sales Department before moving into the Finance Department where he stayed for 22 years. After a cumulative 28 years in the Automotive Industry, he has been our General Sales Manager since 2012.

Kathy is the grand-daughter of the founder of Master Buick GMC. She graduated from Augusta Preparatory School in 1988 and received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Agnes Scott College in 1992. She began her career at Master as the Receptionist. Other positions she has held in the Automotive Industry during and after her college years include working in Customer Service, Finance & Insurance, and Sales. Kathy then spent 5 years in the Apartment Industry working as a Resident Manager for Merry Land & Investment Co. in Augusta. She came back to work in the family business in 2010 as our Customer Concierge. She is a former Board Member of The Lydia Project and Officer in the Junior League of Winston-Salem. She currently serves as Treasurer for The Legacy Garden Club here in Augusta.

Darrel was born and raised in Augusta. He graduated from Lucy Laney High School. He went on to attend Morris Brown College in Atlanta. After moving back to Augusta, he began his career in Automotive Accessory Sales. He came to Master in 1994 as a Service Writer and spent 2 years in the Service Department before making his way to our Sales Department. After being a salesman for 2 years, he became our New Car Sales Manager in 2010. He brings 10 years total in the Automotive Industry to help serve you! He is a current member of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and is the father of a precious baby girl!

Brian is a lifelong resident of Augusta. He attended Richmond Academy and graduated from Augusta Tech with a Marketing Degree. He began his Automotive Career in the parts department back in 1996 working his way up through the ranks to be our Parts Manager. He has held the Parts Manager position for 7 years for a total of 17 years in the Automotive Industry.
